Stendhal and the New Stock
Stock and loco issues earlier in the night resulted in the Caledonian Sleeper Lowlander (1M11) being 155 Late at Acton Bridge. Whilst the delay won't have been too welcomed by operators and several of the "guests" it did offer up my first opportunity to capture the Mk5s in full service. GB Railfreight Class 92, 92 018 (formerly named "Stendhal") does the honours in the early morning light.
It's been a rocky introduction for the Mk5s on the Lowlander so far, with various issues causing delays (both en route and for stock arriving into the stations for passengers to board).
