Apricot compote & ice cream

Compotée d'abricot vanillée & glace vanille

 

Let's cook 1 kg apricots with 200 g brown sugar (+/- depend on the sugar in the fruits). Add a vanilla pod and heat slowly during half an hour. Serve with vanilla ice cream !
