Midland Park C.E.R.T (Community Emergency Response Team) Ford E Series. Midland Park has a trained Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) to augment the police, fire and EMS first responders. CERT volunteers are ready to do such tasks as shelter operations, road closures, damage assessment and to work in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
