Earth 7251: Spider-Man
Peter Parker was intern at Oscorp who worked under Dr. Octavius and his evolution program, while handling his senior year at Midtown High. While transporting test subjects that were deemed failures, a spider wound up biting Peter’s hand. This, of course, led to his powers. He originally attempted to keep the powers under wraps, only deciding to fight crime after his Uncle Ben is killed in crossfire between the Prowler’s gang and the Maggia. He originally created a crude suit using materials available to him around he and his Aunt May’s apartment, heading out at night to combat crime; Though, after he was officially hired by Oscorp, he created an improved costume, and quickly became a public icon, as well as a target for J. Jonah Jameson. He began attempting to balance his work, school, and crime-fighting equally, succeeding in some rights and failing in others. He continues to fight crime, along with a myriad of enemies, even after his defeat of the Prowler.

So I've done the DC side of the multiverse, so why not hop on in to Marvel?
