Tanerverse: Red Death

Hunter Zolomon was a serial killer that was working from the inside of CCPD, who eventually was captured and defeated by the Flash. Sentenced to death, he was place in the electric chair when lightning struck him and the chair, granting him speed abilities similar to the Flash (if not stronger). Creating armor out of the red hot metal of the destroyed electric chair, Hunter Zolomon became Red Death, and became Central City’s number 1 threat
