Gotham Underground: The Art of the Deal
The Globe hobbled across his base. He hadn’t fixed his helmet yet, because he knew where some of his soldiers were now. They were going to fight for Riddler. About 50 of them, but based on what Globe had heard, the villains Empress Penguin had would kill them all within 5 minutes.

Esmeralda nodded slowly, “Yes...Socko speaks for Wesker now...ahem, anyways. Mr. the Globe, I have an offer for you.”
“What’s that then...”

A Talon jumped down from the roof in front of him, “Edward Nygma, you have trespassed. The Court of Owls sentences you t-“
Riddler cut the Talon off, “Yeah yeah yeah, that’s great. Listen to me, you glorified zombie. Go tell your superiors that I have a deal for them. I’m the smartest man in Gotham, they need me if they want to defeat the Batman. If the Owls can secure the underground for me...then I’ll join your little cult.”
