Abilities: Can control the temperature moisture, be it in the air or in the human body

 

Origin: David Dudley was born with his abilities, and his parents forced him to stay inside, never allow him to to go to school or encounter any other kids. They feared that he’d hurt them, or worse, that they’d hurt him. David never understood this, and while experimenting with his abilities one night, he suddenly created a cold snap in his room, allowing for him to escape through the barred windows by punching them apart. David has been constantly experimenting with his abilities ever since, while also fighting crime in his city, and when Radar Man found him, he had reconciled with his parents, who were happy that their son was using his gifts for good.
