Origin:

Lionel Nash was born without a leg, and as he grew up he idolized his father and older brother for going into the military. He wanted to join the military as well, but due to his leg, he had little chance of even going near the front lines. So, Lionel settled for becoming a researcher for military projects. As time went on, his father was killed in action, and his brother was sent home with PTSD. Lionel was left alone in a military black site, sad and hating himself for not being able to get the chance to save his father from dying. His boss then offered him a chance to save lives; Project Leadfoot, and he was the perfect candidate. Lionel was fitted with a robotic leg that was able to fire a devastating laser beam, and was dispatched to the front lines to win the war, becoming famous in the process. “Lionel Nash, the Leadfoot.” He returned home to care for his brother, and he used his new abilities to clean up his home town
