In the 1980s and 90s, the Wisconsin and Southern acquired a number of secondhand boxcars. They often remainined in the predecessor scheme, however there was a concerted effort beginning in the 1990s to begin repainting the cars into WSOR's scheme.
Here is one such example, captured by Kurt Hayek on February 7, 1995 in Fridley, Mn. Based on the build date and number, this car appears to have been built by SEICO for the NSL series 101400-101599 in 1978.
