Starscape Hadrian's Wall

Having had thunderstorms earlier in the day, and the prospect of clear skies and a new moon it was a cocktail of perfection for starscape photography. Not something I have delved into much but definitely something I wish to do more of in the future. I ventured to the Hadrian's Wall path in Northern England for my dark sky, the conditions were extremely humid making fogging an issue and unfortunately midges seemed to think I was a banquet. It was however worth it, the image turned out better than expected with light painting the large cliff face which the wall resides ontop of. The milky way in full view.
