Pearl-spotted Owlet (Glaucidium perlatum).

The Pearl-spotted Owlet is a very small owl with a rounded head and no ear-tufts. The name comes from the pearl-like white spots above the shoulders of this owl. Small and round, it’s a brownish owl that is often active by day. It has white speckles on its back and tail; the white spots (not bars) on the crown and head are diagnostic
