People in these photos are participants of the Targeting the Ultra Poor Programme pilot project in Uganda. The photos were taken in Kigumba and Bweyale districts. Participants had just received their assets including goats, chickens and pigs. They also received Orange Fleshed Sweet Potato vines as part of their stipend support.
