Rising Tide

This is from my NZ trip almost 2 years ago. The coast north of New Plymouth offers a wealth of great shots for the landscape photographer.

 

I was in fact cut off by the rising tide about a kilometre back after taking this shot. It's not ideal wading through waves almost in the dark with expensive camera gear. I had a feeling it was going to happen but let it be since I thought the shot was all worth it.

Done
