Government Primary School, Karnpura, Hajipur, Vaishalli, Bihar, India, 28 March 2014: Students participate in a discussion during a maths class at Government Primary School, Karnpura. State Council for Educational Research and Training (SCERT) and UNICEF has formulated and introduced an open Distance Learning module for in service government teachers. Open Distance Learning is a specially designed distance study module for not so trendy government school teachers. Through this initiative state government target to train 1.61 lakh in service elementary teachers.
