Sex Lights (Police Lights)

So when I was younger every time I was out with my friends and they saw someone pulled over by the police, they'd say "oh look Sex Lights haha" of course I laughed along, but I didn't really get the joke and I didn't want to be lame and ask what they meant by "Sex Lights" when I finally couldn't take not knowing any longer I finally asked and my buddy said "they're called Sex Lights because you're getting screwed by the police" I thought that was pretty funny.
