Sierra

Theres a lot I haven't said about Sierra that sometimes needs to be said. She kind of enjoyable to be around. She's worked for many different places. She's lived in Bangkok for a bit.

 

At the same time, the day this picture was taken, she had a heck of a Mardi Gra. She didn't come into work until a few hours later. The manager's are getting tired of her work ethic, and she's getting tired of the restaurant. She's worked here for 7 months and pretty much hated it the entire time. During an earlier period of working there, she drank before coming to work just so she can ignore being there.

 

In spite of being annoying sometimes, I concider her one of the few people left that make the restaurant a decent place to work. There's a lot both of us have in common to where I can actually have a strange conversation with her and feel rather normal. With her and Tyrae there, the restaurant is still bearable.

-pre-wash to set up developer

-30 sec initial agitation with 15 sec rotary inversion every 30 min

-stop bath wash to set up fixer

30 sec rotary agitation for 4 min

open lid and wash while setting up hanging rack
