Russ - Cupping daily production roasts

At Fratello Coffee we cup every coffee that comes off of each of our 4 roasters every day.

 

We feel that coffee needs to be constantly tweaked in order to achieve the best profiles from the beans we buy.

 

The only way to achieve this is to constantly cup and test your products.
