Neoliberalism in Central Europe
Sky is the limit, they say. Sky Tower is the name of this multifunctional building. There is a shopping mall there, as well as offices and penthouses.
It was build in the very central location in the middle of the european city. The void since 1945. The building were surrounded by meadows, post-socialist dismal residential blocks and some general urban chaos.
It is seen from the distance of 50 kilometers around the city, as its height - 200 meters - is totally inadequate to the scale of the city, where the tallest buildings were about 40 meters.
