Electro (Transformation) Plan

This was an interesting concept for a figure. I hope I did your idea justice.
The head is from Jek-14, and needless to say, it works perfectly for Electro.
The torso is from the Nexo Knights General Garg, but reversed. I chose to use black for Electro's outfit because in the Ultimate Spider-Man comics, he was introduced in a black suit. Use the arm from Jek-14 and a medium blue hand for more transformation detail.
The legs are also from General Garg. They look great with the bright blue streaks on the black.
