Civil Warrior Plan
The helmet is from Surge from Hero Factory. I like it because it captures all the shaping in Civil Warrior's helmet. However, it doesn't have the "A", but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.
Use a plain light grey head. This combined with the helmet captures all of the details.
Use the Chima armor in silver with the 1x1 Captain America stud to recreate his armor.
The torso is from Captain America (obviously). Use silver arms but keep the red hands.
Use silver hips and these Star Wars Senate Commando legs for a little more armor detail.
