Double Signal?

This unusual arrangement of 2 different type of signals on the same signal bridge is a little bizarre. This is a Union Railroad signal bridge just behind the Edgar Thompson Steel Mill in Braddock, PA. The Pennsy signals are no longer in use and haven’t been for quite some time. With new signals being upgraded, these still somehow stand the test of time. Catch it today because it may not be here tomorrow. Taken 2/24/20
