Yaquina Bay Bridge

"Yaquina Bay Bridge" by Loree Johnson Photography. Possibly the most impressive of the eleven major Pacific Coast Highway bridges designed by Conde McCullough in the 1920's and 30's, the art deco style Yaquina Bay Bridge spans approximately 2/3 of a mile across Yaquina Bay, just south of Newport, Oregon. Here the bridge, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, is seen bathed in the pink glow of sunset.
