Macro Mondays - theme of October 19th, 2020: string

 

Twisted linen yarn, spooled on a 'plastic star' - like here: www.jberger.ch/images/product_images/popup_images/2124_0.png

(I don't know how you call this tool in English ... it's the way those threads / yarns are sold and stored)

 

(Width of this image: about 3.5 cm - the plastic star is 6 cm wide from tip to tip, the yarn is about 0.3 mm wide)
