...for Chamerion angustifolium, more commonly known as fireweed. According to Wikipedia it can reach heights of 2 meters. The tallest one registered in Norway was 308cm. "Fireweed seeds are very distinct, as they have tufts of silk-like white hairs sprouting from them, which enable them to be picked up easily and spread by the wind."
