The Arkansas & Missouri Railroad is a short line that up until recently was as a haven for Alco locomotives, in particular a pair of RS-1s and a gaggle of Alco C420s.

 

With a polished brass bell above twin sealed beam headlights, AM 68, 44, 48, and 66 pull a mix of cars on a fine spring day along former Frisco trackage in Purdy, Missouri.
