NP Survivor

The Northern Pacific Railway built this brick and sandstone depot for passengers, freight, and mail in the town of Ellensburg, Washington.

 

Completed in 1910, the structure served as a primary point of entry into the Kittitas Valley area until 1981, when Amtrak's North Coast Hiawatha departed for the last time.
