There must be a very good reason why a Rio Grande SD40T-2 was leading a Valley Camp to Moapa coal train, stopped in the UP interchange yard at Provo, Utah on June 9, 1996. I was okay with it. On an adjacent track, light power for YPV55 swtich job drifts through the yard.
