The LDP45 "Dirt Train" is conquering a 1.76% grade between Banning and Columbia Junction on the Sunnyside Sub. UP 3121, 3538 and 3574 have 25 loads of contaminated soil and construction waste for burial at the ECDC landfill on Aug. 6, 2008.
