Union Pacific’s Cache Valley Local pulls tank cars for Tri-Miller Beef through a picturesque landscape in Wellsville, Utah the morning of Aug. 25, 1999. A pair of freshly rebuilt GP38-2s power the train, recent graduates from Morrison-Knudsen in Boise, Idaho. Both were built Rio Grande GP40s by EMD in 1966 (DRGW 3067 and 3059, respectively).
