Rio Grande train No. 195 exits a four degree, 40 mph curve through the Jordan Narrows between Mesa and Riverton, Utah the afternoon of July 19, 1988. In the near foreground is the old narrow gauge embankment, constructed in to 1882 and replaced with the current standard gauge alignment in 1889.
