Union Pacific’s Yermo, California to Hinkle, Oregon manifest freight pulls a 40-car train through Cache Junction, Utah the morning of June 24, 1997. Cache Junction can be found at mile post 49 of the 110 mile Ogden Subdivision, a secondary main line that connects the Wasatch Front rail network with the Pacific Northwest (Oregon Short Line).
