Union Pacific's 'City of Heber' passenger train? Not hardly. On July 18, 1989, a group chartered a dinner train on the Heber Creeper from Heber City to Vivian Park and return. UP NW2 No. 1011 pulls the train along the former Rio Grande Provo Canyon Branch approaching Deer Creek Dam. The first car is a former rotary snow plow that houses a power generator while the second is a former Union Pacific dining car.
