F4H-1 (F-4B-9-MC), BuNo 149405. Bailed to the USAF 1962. Reserialed 62-12168 (although the photo shows it carrying the Navy Bureau Number). Assigned 4453rd CCTW, Holloman AFB, NM 1962-1964. Converted to YRF-4C prototype October 1964. SOC August 1971.
