Little Moreton Hall
Little Moreton Hall near Macclesfield in Cheshire, England. A beautiful old Tudor black and white building in the Cheshire countryside .
Looking well under National Trust ownership since the 1930's. It originally dates from about 1504, being built in several stages by different generations of the Moreton family. Although it was closed to the public (on Mondays and Tuesdays ) when we visited , there is a footpath to the nearby canal that gives a wonderful view of the building.
