Unsharp picture.
At first glance you may consider this photograph to be reasonably sharp. If, however, you zoom in you will see that during the exposure time of 1/60th of a second there was considerable downward movement in the two large pieces of ice which are below the branch and between the two upper berries. This caused an overall movement of the branch which was sufficient to render the whole subject technically unsharp due to imperceptible subject movement. The higher chunk of ice is in fact dropping off !
If you wish, you may of course choose to regard it as an action photograph.
