Instead of having a monetary goal or percentage projection of sales, Walgreens has taken a different spin on the definition. The first sentence of the Open Door Policy states the specific goal, to assure it's employees fair treatment and respect. After giving detailed procedures of how to approach a work-related problem, a challenging goal is listed at the bottom: every effort will be made to answer your comments or resolve your problems. This is a difficult goal to obtain, because not all problems will be resolved and not all questions will be answered.
