Homeless

This black cat I called him Hunter was homeless, it took a while to earn his trust he would not come near me, but with food and patience we became friends, one day he stopped eating and wanted nothing to do with me I couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I set out a trap caught him and took him to my vet, I was saddened to learn that he had feline leukemia, sadly he passed shortly after the vet visit. My goal was to get him to be part of our family, unfortunately plans changed, my wife and I were heart broken for such a lovely cat.
