Crop insurance sees 288% growth in business in FY17

The Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) will have an increased presence since the government has allocated Rs 9000 crore for the scheme. In 2016-17, they were allocated Rs 5500 crore.
