Modi in Gandhinagar : PM visits Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple for its silver jubilee celebrations

The Akshardham temple in Gandhinagar was opened on October 30, 1992 and is a tribute to Swaminarayan and his life and teachings. In accordance with Vedic architectural principles, no steel or iron has been used anywhere in the temple.
