Feeling of fear is a natural feeling that is essential and linked to the survival of humanity!!

Fear, which is common in humans and animals, is something psychologists see as crucial to our survival.

Feeling of fear cannot disappear from human beings, which are healthy and natural feelings, but we do not have to be afraid of everything.

There is a big difference between health and unhealthy concerns, and dealing with them is different.

Features of fear

When a person is frightened, the heartbeat accelerates, the hearing is more severe, and the sweat is erected from the forehead, with a shiver in the legs.

Fear can occur when you watch a new horror movie, in a dark misty forest, or even when you see a cat or rabbit.

What happens to the body when you're feeling scared?

"In a state of fear, the body moves into combat mode or is ready for it," says Dr Catherine Brownlow in the Daily Mail.

"Fear is an immediate response to living beings that expresses their response to a threat that you see approaching them," brownlow adds.

She explains: Fear is a developmental feature necessary to survive, and to prepare our body to defend ourselves against attack, without which we will not escape the path of harm and perish!
