Three Male Long-Tail Ducks BIF....6O3A2464A
Three Long-Tail Ducks flying into the Indian River Inlet, Delaware.
The ducks would fly into the inlet, feed while floating back towards the Atlantic, and then fly back into the inlet.
The one on the right landed first - its long tail feathers are lower than the other two ducks' feathers. And the bright white tail feathers act as a brake once they hit the water and do a belly flop.
