Cumberland Mine's former Yankeetown Dock SD38-2 eases into the dumper facility at Alicia, PA having completed the last run of the day on the isolated railroad. There's still plenty of coal up at the mine, but they've run out of barges at the dumper, so everybody is getting an early quit today.
