Order 66 - Dark Times Application
Master Jedi Juryn Delassar's diary, 5th day of the 3rd standard month, 19 BBY
"My Padawan is dead. Too focused on the telekinesis exercice I had imposed upon him, he wasn’t able to feel the nefarious intentions of our former allies.
He fell.
By my fault.
After all these years of training I wasn’t able to foresee this tragedy, nor to ensure the safety of my apprentice.
It would be easy to blame the war-weariness, or the sudden treason of our own brother in arms. Yet I alone am the culprit. I lost my lucidity and decided to make him train the evening after a battle, in the midst of a war zone. I let myself be blinded by inordinate self-confidence. In a place which sacralizes reflexion and humility...
I am not worthy of being a part of the Jedi Order anymore. If it still exists..."

This diorama is my application for the Dark Times RPG ! It pictures a Padawan training before his master's watchful gaze. The scene takes place in a Jedi temple constituted of three statues. These three statues symbolize the three times of the Jedi Knight: the time for action on the right side, the time for dialog (wich is broken) on the left side and the time for thoughts in the center. As thought should be central to everything a Jedi does, the statue which represents it is in the middle, connecting action and dialogue. The broken statue of dialogue symbolises the Clone Wars, which could have been avoided through negociations and dialogue. It also symbolises the fall of the Jedi Order if one believed that Windu’s decision to murder Palpatine over conforming to ideal of justice was the cause of this fall ! Enjoy !
