I believe the path along the shore to be just visible in my photo, very uneven and full of stones of various sizes, necessary to watch one's feet continually - as well as keeping an eye out for possible photos!
It was a blustery day with scudding clouds, other walkers to greet along the way and coffee and a bacon sandwich waiting at Banana Wharf at the Marina.

I managed nearly 5 miles this day and yesterday, 2 days later, exactly 5 miles, still astonishing to me!
