Good to be back in the kitchen, pain-free and able to concentrate on the work in hand.
Among the many and varied exercises I have been given to practise, the physio showed me how to walk sideways, like a crab, which means I can walk without crutches in this room because if I get nervous there is always a work surface handy to grab on to!
I'm making chorizo rice, a one pot dish.
To the whole chorizo chopped medium small, I added a chopped red and a yellow pepper, a red onion and 2 cloves of garlic, grilled peppers from a jar, cooked all in one large pot with a tbsp of olive oil and then mixed with the cooked basmati rice.
