prolific passion

This plant was bought to 'decorate' the tree stump which remained of the felled conifer in our garden. It was so slow to start growing that we thought it had died. Then it began producing one flower at a time and now has four blooming together and the plant has grown to the top of the stump and has been trained back down again.

I know the parts of the passion flower supposedly have a religious significance but I cannot explain it. Hoping for some orange-coloured fruits.
