Cydalima perspectalis Box-tree Moth

01/08/2021: 2 X 20W actinic trap: Christleton, Chester.

 

This is the first occasion that I’ve been able to take reasonable photographs of this very flighty moth, although the images still do not do justice to the pearlescent colours visible in the wings when viewed from some angles.
