SCOPE 2023 3
Each year, the TSBA (Tennessee School Boards Association) hosts the SCOPE conference (Student Congress on Policies in Education). This informative conference is for students from across the state of Tennessee in grades 9-12. The students meet to discuss current issues in education through mock school board meetings, group discussions, and debates with other participants. These events give students an understanding of how school boards operate.
Our proud Fayette-Ware Comprehensive High School student attendees were Everette Doyle, Autumn Griggs, Darby Self, and Chason Yates. We are also thankful to chaperones Chas Self and Wesley Holmes for their leadership.
