Workshop on Result based Management (RBM)
10-12 April 2019: Our Association for Stimulating Know-how - ASK Capacity Building Domain team was in Jalandhar, Punjab to conduct Workshop on Result based Management (RBM) organised by Navjeevan Charitable Society for Integrated Development.
Around 22 participants including Programme Managers, Project Coordinators, Asst. Project Coordinators and core management team members attended the workshop.
During the workshop,ASK facilitators Amit Khamari & Keerti Sombhavi covered a wide range of topics including the concepts of Project Planning, Project Monitoring and importance of reporting, concept of Result Based Management (RBM), What is project?, Project Cycle Management, Result Chain, Result oriented approach Vs. Target oriented Approach, Concept of Situation Analysis, its process and various methodology and tools to conduct SA, Concept of Monitoring and Evaluation, Difference and Similarities between M&E, Types of Monitoring, Process of Monitoring, Importance of effective documentation, and learn about writing of Case Study, Event Reports and Project Progress report
