Kraków - Church of St. John Paul II (upper church, Chapel Our Lady of Częstochowa)
Church of St. John Paul II is located in the southern part of Krakow. It is part of the John Paul II SAC and one of the buildings of the John Paul II Center "Do not be afraid". The temple was consecrated on October 16, 2016.
The church is built on an octagonal plan and it refers to the Byzantine churches of Ravenna (St Vitus's Church). It has two levels: the relic church (lower church) and the upper church.
The upper church - has the shape of an octagon. The presbytery and the walls are decorated with mosaics.

Kościół św. Jana Pawła II znajduje się w południowej części Krakowa., Jest częścią Sanktuarium Jana Pawła II i jedną z budowli Centrum Jana Pawła II „Nie lękajcie się”. Uroczyste poświęcenie świątyni było 16 października 2016.
Kościół zbudowany jest na planie ośmiokąta i stylem nawiązuje do bizantyńskich kościołów Rawenny (kościoła św. Witalisa). Ma dwa poziomy: Kościół relikwii (kościół dolny) oraz kościół górny.
Kościół górny - ma kształt ośmiokąta. Prezbiterium i ściany są zdobione mozaikami, które projektował o. Marko Ivan Rupnik SJ.
